What I work on

Five jobs. One person who chases them.

Your team doesn't have time to chase every fix until it holds. That's my job.

  • 01

    HVAC downtime

Units down, stores too hot or cold, repairs that don't hold.

I chase every repair until the data shows it held.

  • 02

    Energy

Units running too long, schedules that don't match store hours.

I find them and get them corrected. You see it on your bills.

  • 03

    Seasonal readiness

The first hot or cold week, when units fail.

I catch faults before the season, so the repair is a scheduled visit.

  • 04

    Coolers and freezers

Lost product and the walk-in scramble.

We can call the store when one goes out of range. Sometimes it's just a door.

  • 05

    Store benchmarking

Stores that always run worse than the rest.

I keep your worst stores on a list and work it down.

The execution sync

Every two weeks. Thirty minutes. Decisions only.

This is where your HVAC, refrigeration and facilities people and I make the calls on open work. Anything you need to read reaches you in writing the day before, so the meeting is just decisions.

What it's forA yes or no on every open item, and a look at what got fixed and what it was worth.
Who's thereMe, plus your HVAC, refrigeration and facilities people.
Your time30 minutes every two weeks. If nothing is open, I cancel it.
Before itApprovals and close-outs come to you in writing the day before. Approve them in Slack, Teams or a text.
The goalEvery open item leaves with a decision and an owner.

Plus a monthly strategy sync. 30 minutes with your leadership and your account executive, with a one-page scorecard sent ahead. We hold the results against the success criteria you set.

How I work

What you can count on from me.

Listen first

I listen to the store first. The people on site usually know something the dashboard doesn't.

Out of range

When a cooler or freezer goes out of range, we can call the store. If it isn't handled, I bring in your area coach.

Food safety

Anything that puts food safety at risk, you and the store hear about from me the same day.

Close-outs

I don't close a work order until the data shows the fix held.

No surprises

If something isn't getting fixed, I'll bring it to you before you have to ask.

After hours

Outside my hours, I pick up anything still open first thing the next business day.

Let's talk

Got a store that keeps calling?

Book 30 minutes and bring the one that's been bugging you. I'll take it from there.
