What Are Customized Alert Notification Methods?
Customized alert notification methods allow you to define how specific alerts are delivered to recipients listed on a specific alert. By default, all alerts are sent to each user through their selected notification method specified in their user profile.
However, with customized alert notification methods, you can override these defaults and choose a different method for specific alerts.
Please note that customizing alert notification methods is only supported through the mobile app.
Which Methods Can I Choose?
When customizing alert notification methods, you can choose from a range of available options, including:- Text Messages
- Push Notifications
- Phone Calls
- Emails
Set up Customize Alert Notification Methods
GlacierGrid Mobile App:
- Open the GlacierGrid App on your mobile device.
- On the Home screen, select the equipment you want to edit.
- Click More Equipment Details in the middle of the screen.
- Scroll down and select the alert you want to customize.
- Toggle Custom Alert Notification Method to enable customization.
- Choose your preferred notification method(s) from the list. This method will be used for all recipients associated with this alert.
- Click Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes.
