How to Customize Alert Notification Methods
GlacierGrid App:
- Launch the GlacierGrid App on your mobile device.
- Select "equipment details" from the app's menu.
- Choose "Alert configuration," usually located at the top of your screen.
- Pick the specific alert that you want to configure the notification methods for.
- Toggle the "Custom alert notification method" option. This will reveal all available notification methods.
- Select the desired notification method for the alert. This method will be used for all recipients associated with this alert.
- Click "save" in the top-right corner to confirm your custom notification method.
GlacierGrid Web Dashboard:
- Log in to the GlacierGrid dashboard using a web or mobile browser.
- Click on the "Equipment" tab at the top of your screen.
- Scroll to the location where the equipment is set up and click the drop-down arrow.
- Click the pencil icon next to the alert you wish to edit.
- Below the list of recipients, click the "+ customized alert notification method" button.
- Input your desired alert notification method.
- Save your changes to finalize the customized notification method for the alert.
