How do I edit my account info?

Learn how to update your preferred alert notification method, account name, email, phone number, and preferred temperature unit.

Your account information can be edited in the GlacierGrid Dashboard by any user who is listed as an Account Owner. To update this information, please follow the steps below. 

GlacierGrid App: 

1. Click Settings on the bottom right of your screen.
2. Click on your Name.
3. Edit profile will appear.
4. On this page, you can update your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your preferred alert notification method that will be automatically applied to all alerts you are assigned to. You will also have the ability to select whether you want temperatures displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. 
5. Click Save.

GlacierGrid Web Dashboard: 

1. Login into your GlacierGrid Dashboard on your preferred web browser. 
2. Navigate your mouse to the right-hand side of the screen. Next to GET MORE GlacierGrid, you should see your initials. Click on the circular icon with your initials.
3. A drop-down should appear, click on your name.
4. Edit my Account will appear.
5. On this page, you can update your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your preferred alert notification method that will be automatically applied to all alerts you are assigned to. You will also have the ability to select whether you want temperatures displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. 
6. Click Save.
