Here's how to manage your billing with GlacierGrid:
- Update Your Payment Method: You can update your payment method at any time through our secure billing portal here. If you prefer to pay by check, refer to the payment instructions on your invoice for the correct mailing address, payee name, and memo/reference number — these details are specific to your account.
- View Past or Current Invoices: All of your current and past invoices, receipts, and payment history are available directly through the billing portal here . You can download individual invoices or export a full statement at any time.
- Adjust Billing Information: For updates to your billing email address or invoice recipient, please contact our billing team at billing@glaciergrid.com and they will process the change for you.
- Sending Financial Documents: You can download our most recent W-9 directly here. For any other financial documents, please contact our billing team at billing@glaciergrid.com.
💡 Billing portal access tip The billing portal can only be accessed using the email address associated with your subscription — this is the email where you receive your GlacierGrid invoices. If you're unsure which email that is, check your inbox for a past invoice from GlacierGrid. If you are not the account owner or billing manager, you will need to ask them to log in on your behalf.
