How do I snooze my alerts?

Snoozing your alerts is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Open your GlacierGrid app.
  2. Locate the equipment you want to snooze alerts for and swipe to the left.
  3. Click the bell icon and select the duration for the snooze. You can choose from 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours.
  4. Click "apply" to implement the snooze.

That's it! During the snooze period, you won't receive any alerts. Once the snooze ends, alerts will resume automatically.
