What firewall settings are required to connect my gateway?

Find the complete list of hostnames, URLs, and ports to whitelist in your network firewall to ensure your gateway connects successfully.

For your gateway to connect to our platform and function correctly, your network's firewall must allow access to specific hosts and ports.

Please provide the following information to your network administrator to ensure your security policies are updated to allow these connections.

1. Primary Access (Must Be Granted)

Our gateway requires access to the following hosts on non-standard ports. These are often blocked by default security policies and must be explicitly allowed in your firewall rules.

2. Standard Access (Likely Already Allowed)

The gateway also uses common network services for connectivity, updates, and time synchronization. These ports are typically allowed by default, but we recommend verifying they are not explicitly blocked.
