How do I view and pay my invoices and manage my billing?
The Billing page in your GlacierGrid dashboard shows your invoices, lets you pay them, and gives you access to your payment method and billing details. For most billing tasks you never need to contact us.
Who can see it
Sign in to the GlacierGrid dashboard and select Billing in the left-hand menu, just above Settings.
Only account owners and admins see the Billing menu item. Managers and users don't. If you need to pay an invoice and don't see Billing, ask your account owner or an admin to do it, or to update your role.
What the Billing page shows
Four tiles at the top of the page give you the current picture:
- Outstanding balance: the total of all unpaid invoices.
- Overdue: the part of that balance that is past its due date. It turns red when anything is overdue.
- Payment method: the card or bank account on file, shown by its last four digits.
- Billing email: the address your invoices are sent to.
Below the tiles, every invoice is listed, newest first, with its number, issue date, due date, amount and status:
- Open: issued, not yet due.
- Overdue: past its due date and unpaid.
- Paid: settled.
- Void: cancelled. Nothing is owed on it.
You can sort any column, search by invoice number, and filter by status.
Paying an invoice
Select Pay next to any open or overdue invoice. You can pay by card or by bank transfer. Once the payment goes through, the invoice status changes to Paid and your balance updates.
Paying by check: the mailing address, payee name and reference number are printed on the invoice. Write the reference number on the check so the payment is matched to the right invoice. Check payments show as Paid once they are received and processed.
Downloading invoices and receipts
Select PDF next to any invoice to download a copy. Paid and void invoices also have a View option that opens the invoice.
Updating your payment method or billing email
Select Manage Billing at the top of the Billing page. This opens our secure billing portal, run by Stripe, with you already signed in. There you can:
- add or replace a card or bank account,
- pay open invoices,
- change the email address your invoices go to,
- download past invoices and receipts.
Always open the portal from the Billing page. Opened any other way, it asks you to sign in with the exact email address your invoices are sent to, and it won't accept any other address.
Financial documents
You can download our current W-9 here: GlacierGrid W-9 2026.
For any other financial or vendor document, email billing@glaciergrid.com.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Plan changes, cancellations and contract questions aren't handled on the Billing page. Email billing@glaciergrid.com and the team will take care of it.
"Billing is not set up for this account yet"
If the Billing page shows this message, your account hasn't been linked to our billing system yet. Email billing@glaciergrid.com with your company name and we'll link it, after which Billing appears in your dashboard as described above.
If you need an invoice before then, you can sign in to the billing portal directly at billing.stripe.com. It will ask for an email address and only accepts the one your GlacierGrid invoices are sent to. If you're not sure which address that is, check a past invoice. If you're not the person who receives the invoices, ask them to sign in.
Suspended accounts
If an account is suspended for non-payment, a notice appears at sign-in with a link to pay the outstanding balance. Access is restored as soon as the balance is paid.
