This article will outline where users can see active alerts for their account.
Active Alerts has been moved to the Issues Screen (this was previously shown in the messages section). To access this:

Click on Issues using the menu on the left side of the screen.

Click on the Active Alerts tab

Click on the table filter and disable the Sent to me default selection
