Where can I see active alerts for my account or locations?

This article will outline where users can see active alerts for their account.

Active Alerts has been moved to the Issues Screen (this was previously shown in the messages section). To access this:

  • Navigate to the Issues screen using the left-hand menu. 

  • Click on the Active Alerts tab.

  • This will display a summary of all active alerts across your account.
