Error Creating New Alerts in the Mobile App (400 - Bad Request)

When you attempt to create a new alert using the mobile app, you receive a "400 - Bad Request" error.

This error occurs if you are trying to add alerts on the mobile app before an "Issue" has been configured for it in the Web Dashboard. The mobile app requires a corresponding Issue to be set up on the web platform before alerts can be created.

Solution: You must first log in to the Web Dashboard and configure the related Issue. Once the Issue is created, you will be able to set up alerts for it in the mobile app without error.

  1. Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.

  2. Follow the step-by-step guide in this article to configure your Issues: How to Configure Issues for Alerts

  3. Once the Issue is saved, return to the mobile app to finish setting up your alert.

Note: The ability to create and configure new Issues is currently only available in the Web Dashboard. We are actively working on adding this feature to our mobile app, and it will be available in a future update.
