What kind of reports can I download?

This article outlines what type of reports are accessible in your dashboard.

Reports help you stay up to date on your equipment performance, develop insights, and provide document compliance. To utilize Reports, navigate to the Reports screen on your GlacierGrid dashboard via your web app.

Please note: Reports are only accessible through your web dashboard.

When you select the  Add a report button, you will be prompted with different  types of templates you can choose from to create your report.

The report template types fall into two categories: Refrigeration Temperature Reports and HVAC Reports, as well as reports that span across both systems—such as alert and issue logs.

HVAC Reports

HVAC Reports build insights into your HVAC equipment.

  • Overrides Report: Export a log of HVAC overrides, including the number of overrides performed and the users who initiated them.
  • HVAC Cooling Cycle: Generate a report on your HVAC system's cooling cycles.
  • Average Energy Usage: Export data on the average energy consumption of equipment with GlacierGrid energy meter monitoring. This report tracks energy efficiency and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • HVAC Runtime by Mode: Summarizes how long HVAC systems run in each mode (cool, heat, fan, etc.).

Reports That Apply to Both HVAC and Refrigeration

  • Issues Log: Exports a consolidated list of active and historical issues across locations. Includes the triggered metrics, affected equipment, open/close times, duration, number of alerts sent, and current status.
  • Sent Alerts Log: Comprehensive export of all alerts sent, including timestamps, location, sensor details, and alert type.
  • Temperature logbook: Generate a detailed export of temperature data from all your monitored locations and teams.
  • Humidity logbook: Access a complete export of humidity data across your locations and teams.
